About Us

Belong was founded by Jolie and Qingyi in 2019, NYC. It first started as a media platform showcasing avant-garde design object, furniture and collectible art. Then in 2022, Belong opened its own home decor line, bringing beautiful home goods to everyday life.

Jolie Zhu

Founder/CEO

Jolie is the founder of BELONG. Being the head of Design, her passions are intertwined with the world of art, architecture and design. She maintains a good relationship with worldwide media, galleries and artists. With extensive knowledge and experience, she has earned trust and friendship from our clients. She received her master degree from Columbia University.

Qingyi Chen

Co-founder/COO

Qingyi is the co-founder and head of Business Department for BELONG. She has over ten years of experience in architecture and interior design fields. With strong connections with private, corporate clients and real estate industry, she leads and supervises our business development in the U.S and Asia. Qingyi received her master degree in Southern California Institute of Architecture in Los Angeles. She is well equipped to operate and understand both the academic and commercial aspects of the design world.
